Food and Drink

Last night I stayed up until very late, icing my sore back and playing with my iPhone. I hit the sack about 4AM after finally popping half a muscle relaxer. While I woke up at 9AM, I let Mama Kitty inside (the black cat above), fed the cats, and went back to sleep. I got up at 12:30PM and decided to grab some nourishment before hitting the gym.

Lunch
1 can of French Vanilla SlimFast
1 Absinthe flavored lolly
20oz water
16oz Crystal Light
1 Bacon and Maple flavored lolly

Afternoon
16oz Crystal Light
1 tin of smoked oysters
16oz Crystal Light
16oz Crystal Light

Evening through Late Evening
4oz tortilla chips: Doritos and blue corn
1 container of Tostitos cheese dip
1/2 container of Tostitos chunky salsa dip
12oz Coke
12oz Coke
small ice cream bar
small ice cream bar

Early AM
16oz crystal light
1/2 can Wolf Chili w/1 oz pepperjack melted in

Notes
I went to a friend’s place to Playstation2 for the evening. Two hours turned into four, I’d skipped dinner, so I tore into junk food.

    The kitties are adorable first of all.

    Secondly, O.M.G. - you ROCKED the exercise!!! You GO Big Sean! I am very impressed. I think i would die if I stayed on that machine for that long.

    Finally, broken record, YOU NEED TO EAT MORE! ;) Your metabolism is probably starting to SOAR and you need fuel to keep it moving.

    I hope you are proud of yourself, cuz you are doing an amazing job right now!

    Thank you, Kimmy. I busted butt, although I went a tad too far with my ‘free day’ on junk food. I was hungry and hadn’t eaten, so later that night I went after junk food at a friend’s house.

    I think 1,200 calories or so ought to do the trick.
